Collage Ambassadors

Empowering the Next Generation of Learner

Meet our passionate home educators who are making Collage their own! They are using Collage to build personalised learning portfolios that showcase their journeys.

Whether it’s tracking academic milestones, creative projects, or extracurricular activities, our home educators are using Collage to demonstrate their growth in a meaningful way. Collage empowers learners to take control of their learning paths, while showcasing the skills and experiences that will set them apart in their future endeavours, whether that be gaining employment or pursuing further education.

Bethany

My name is Bethany, I would be happy to do something creative all day; in particular l love making things from clay. I also enjoy being out in nature, particularly on a beach playing in waves, learning to surf and kite surf. I love cuddling my dog called Gracie who is a super cute cockerpoo.

I am slowly learning to play the piano and enjoy practising my Spanish. I don't like maths! One of my favourite things about being home educated is flexibility in my day which means I can do lots of art, meeting lots of different interesting people and exploring my own passions and learning about who l am.

I really like Collage, as it is helpful space that collects your work together, I enjoy looking back and seeing what I have done.

Evie

My name is Evelina, I am passionate about art, especially painting with watercolours, I am teaching myself how to crochet, play the guitar and enjoying learning Spanish. I also love the ocean and love surfing, also learning how to kite surf. Our kitchen is normally messy as l like to bake which seems to create a lot of mess as well as delicious cookies! One of my favourite things about being home educated, is I have a lot of freedom in my week to chose what my day looks like.

I really like Collage, I like how colourful it is and how easy it is to use and it's a really helpful way to collect all of what l've done in one space.

I am Fin

I am really passionate about game development, I love the creative side of gaming. I love keeping fit, it makes me feel good and balances out the time I spend gaming. I have a leopard gecko called Blue, he is awesome.

I enjoy going to Scouts with my mates, I like all the different activities.

The best thing about being homeschooled is the freedom to create my own timetable around all the things I love.

I find Collage simple and easy to upload my learning to. I love the fact that I can look back at all the learning and see how much progress I have made. I also like seeing all the different things l have been interested in.

I would say Collage is a great tool to create a portfolio, recently our local College told us that portfolios help them and employers see more about us than just an application form.

Lox

Lox

Hi I'm Lox and I'm passionate about story telling in all its forms. I'm a filmmaker, actor and dancer so performing and telling stories are a big part of me. I love seeing how people react to a good story and the emotional journeys they take you on.

I've never been to school and I love the home education freedom and not structuring my day the same way all the time. Collage is great for helping me pinpoint where I've been with my ideas and to remember where I got to and at what peak I was happy with it.

There is so much I want to add to my Collage to document my own story in vivid detail. I know that when it comes to interviews and applying to higher education I'll have loads to say using my Collage as a springboard for conversations.

I’d really recommend Collage to everyone to help collect your experiences, it helps you clear the mist from your brain when you’re in a struggle pit, and keeps you focused on what the next step will be to achieve your goals. I can’t wait to explore it more and help other young minds learn to use it. Such a brilliant tool.

Best thing about home ed: I get to spend alot of time with my family. The education is great, its less stressful and I think I learn more and can access the learning better.

I would recommend Collage and we already have done this! Me and my mum recommended it to our friend. We said it is such an easy app and you can literally store everything as evidence of her learning. It has a planner and easy activity log to make it easy for planning and looking things up quickly. You can use any subjects you like on it or you can follow the curriculum it's up to you to use the app the way you want to, we love it.

What I love about collage: it's accessible and a very convenient app to have, that stores everything easier and better than writing it all out by hand.
