Getting started
Once you have registered you will be sent a series of emails with helpful hints and tip as to how to get started with Collage, check your SPAM/junk mail in case they’ve dropped in there!
You can use The Early Years Foundations Stage to track your child from birth to 5 or you can track them under Customise which allows you to create any category to track and store their learning against.
When they are school age, if you want to track against a curriculum you can select the Curriculum tracking method and select a curriculum or you can carry on with the Customise tracking.
Yes, your data is safe. It is not shared with any third parties. We have two servers that back each other up. We are ICO registered and we have installed two-factor authentication for payment security.
Click on the arrow on the top right of the screen and click account settings. From here you can change your password.
At the login screen, click “Forgot password?”, enter your email address. A password reset email will then be sent to you. Follow the instructions on the email to change your password to a memorable one.
Click on the arrow on the top right of the screen and click Account settings. From here you can change your profile picture or any information associated with your account.
Go to learners. From here you will see a button to “Add learner”. Click and simply create another learner.
A journal/report can be created by clicking on the menu, scroll down and click reports/journals and then follow the instructions on the screen.

No, they are stored on our private cloud server. If you decide to leave Collage and don’t download your data, we will remove your data after 30 days.
Simply go to your account, scroll down and you will see an option to download data. Once you have clicked the button our team will be notified and we will create a zip file of your data and e-mail it to you. You can then close your account. 30 days after you closed your account your files will be deleted, so it is really important to do it before you leave, otherwise, they will not be retrievable.
Our data is stored on AWS cloud servers.
The only people that have access to your data is the Collage technical team and any users that you have given access to the account. This data can not be shared with anyone else without permission and is never viewed unless we have permission from you to troubleshoot. We are registered with ICO and follow all of their data protection protocols.
You go to edit learner and change the year group/keystage or progression that you want your child to work at. Just make sure you click update learner at the bottom. Any previous uploads against a different year group will be archived but you will still be able to access them.
